Paul Schell: Hi, my name is Paul Schell and I run the Egoscue Clinic in Santa Monica. Egoscue is a method for achieving pain free, optimal health. After studying courses on kinesiology, therapeutic exercise, etc, it wasn't until I started with Egoscue in ‘98 that I realized how little I really knew about the true sources of pain and what we could do to not just “manage” pain, but truly eliminate it. What they didn't teach us in school was the critical link between posture & pain. Upon starting at Egoscue, I was amazed that people living with chronic pain for years were able to achieve results quickly. I was hooked! Egoscue changes people's lives, helps them overcome pain & limitations, and empowers them to tap into healing in their body to avoid unnecessary surgeries or a lifetime of hazardous meds. These reasons have been a driving force in my desire to become a resource in the community of Santa Monica and greater Los Angeles.
